Have a great time in Quebec. Eat some fondue and drink lots of wine, that will keep you warm. We absolutely love Ottawa, it is such a beautiful city, And Montreal, and Quebec City, and Mont Tremblant area. It is all awesome and people are super nice. You are going to have a blast. I find it hard to believe that it is warmer in Quebec, but maybe with all of this Global warming the weather patterns are messed up and Quebec will actually be warmer. We absolutely love Ottawa, it is such a beautiful city, And Montreal, and Quebec City, and Mont Tremblant area. It is all awesome and people are super nice. You are going to have a blast.

Someday I'll actually check it out and find out first hand I guess.
