I live in the wrong places at the wrong time. lived in Bellingham WA (30 minutes south of Vancouver Canada) when the Winter Olympics were in Salt Lake City, and now I live 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City, and the Olympics are In Vancouver. Can’t catch a break.

@LA Tax Attorney – Calgary is beautiful any time of the year. If you’re prepared for cold, winter in Calgary can be a great experience. Lots of activities going on in the area, and some of the best skiing in the world is only a half hour drive/bus ride away. If cold’s not you’re thing, summer in Calgary is just as great. Lots of mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, things like that. If you’re avoiding as much cold as possible, I’d say check it out near the end of July or anytime during August. If you’re going to try you’re hand with winter in Calgary, I’d suggest waiting until February. Best of luck!
